The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the bohemian neighborhood of Gracia, with its small pedestrian streets, beautiful houses and the vibrant squares. These are not bound by all the tourists yet. There is much local commerce such as small butchers and health food stores, market halls, modern and old-fashioned bars, cafes and restaurants. Gracia is also a neighborhood teeming with creative environments such as small studios with self-produced gadgets of various kinds but also clothes. In Gracia socialize the people who live on the streets and at the end of August when the party Festa Major de Gràcia occurs compete various ‘streets’ of the best street decoration. Five minutes walk away is the upmarket shopping street, Paseo de Gracia with its very fashionable boutiques. Around the Paseo de Gracia are also many Gaudi houses, art galleries and many of Barcelona’s best restaurants. In twenty minute walk to get to Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla.

When you enter the apartment you come into a bright and modern kitchen with dining area for four people. The kitchen contains all the mod cons that belong to a modern kitchen.
